OUR JOURNEY

After falling in love with mezcal more than a decade ago, Mezcalum co-founders Erin Lichy and Abe Lichy set out to bottle that sense of magic and discovery. 

Produced by fourth generation mezcalero Carlos Mendez Blas, Mezcalum is rooted in the heritage and history of Oaxacan palenques. We’re committed to authentic production techniques and sustainably-harvested, all-natural ingredients. Mezcalum is always free of all additives, sugars, and GMOs, and is naturally vegan and gluten free. Sometimes, simple really is better.

OUR TEAM

Mezcalum is the project of  Erin and Abe Lichy, and childhood friend Chris Roth. The founding team includes Maestro Mezcalero Carlos Mendez Blas, a partner in the business.
