INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Mezcalum mezcal 
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • ½ oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Grapefruit soda, to top 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. If you're opting for a salt rim, start by running a lime wedge around the edge of your glass and dip it into salt.
  2. Fill the glass with ice to the brim.
  3. Pour in the Mezcalum mezcal, fresh lime, orange, and grapefruit juices, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
  4. Top up with grapefruit soda for that fizzy lift.
  5. Garnish with slices of lime, orange, and grapefruit. A sprig of mint adds a refreshing aroma if you have it on hand.
