CANTARITOS
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Mezcalum mezcal
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Grapefruit soda, to top
INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you're opting for a salt rim, start by running a lime wedge around the edge of your glass and dip it into salt.
- Fill the glass with ice to the brim.
- Pour in the Mezcalum mezcal, fresh lime, orange, and grapefruit juices, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Top up with grapefruit soda for that fizzy lift.
- Garnish with slices of lime, orange, and grapefruit. A sprig of mint adds a refreshing aroma if you have it on hand.
