Cantaritos
Termed Jalisco’s signature summer cocktail, this traditional drink is refreshing and designed to cool you down.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Mezcalum mezcal
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Grapefruit soda, to top
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Start by soaking your clay cantarito cup in cold water for 10 minutes.
- Run a lime wedge around the edge of your cup, then rim it with Tajín seasoning.
- Fill the glass with ice to the brim.
- Pour in Mezcalum mezcal, fresh lime, orange, and grapefruit juices, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Top up with grapefruit soda for that fizzy lift.
- Garnish with slices of lime, orange, and grapefruit. A sprig of mint adds a refreshing aroma if you have it on hand.
