A Cocktail Inspired by the Heart of Mexico

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Mezcalum mezcal
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur
  • A dash of Angostura bitters
  • A sprig of mint, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Chill Your Glass: Start by chilling a cocktail glass.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a shaker, combine Mezcalum mezcal, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, orange liqueur, and a dash of Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Strain: Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish: Garnish with fresh citrus and a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve: Enjoy immediately and let the Oaxacan Elixir transport you to the heart of Oaxaca.
