COCONUT JALAPEÑO MEZCALITA
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Mezcalum
- 2 oz Coconut Milk
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 Can of Ginger Beer
- Sliced Jalapeño
- Agave Syrup (for rim)
- Coconut Flakes (for rim)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare the Glass: Rim a glass with agave syrup, then dip it in coconut flakes to coat the rim. Set aside.
- Mix the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Mezcalum, 2 oz of coconut milk, 1/2 oz of Cointreau, and 1/2 oz of lime juice. Add a few slices of jalapeño according to your heat preference.
- Shake It Up: Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Serve: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of jalapeño or a lime wheel.
