  • 2 oz Mezcalum mezcal
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel or cherry for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  2. Mix: In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 2 ounces of Mezcalum mezcal, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and two dashes of Angostura bitters.
  3. Stir: Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds or until well-chilled.
  4. Strain: Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass. If you prefer your cocktail on the rocks, strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
  5. Garnish: Garnish with an orange peel or a cherry, depending on your preference.
