MEZCAL MULE
Ingredients:
- 3 cucumber slices
- 1/2 oz agave nectar
- 2 oz Mezcalum mezcal
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz passion fruit puree
- Ginger beer, chilled, to top
- A pinch of salt
- Cucumber slice and candied ginger for garnish
Instructions:
- Muddle Fresh Ingredients: Begin by adding cucumber slices and agave nectar to a shaker. Muddle these ingredients together to release the flavor of the fresh cucumber.
- Mix Your Cocktail: In the same shaker, combine 2 oz of Mezcalum mezcal with 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice, and 3/4 oz of passion fruit puree. Shake well.
- Combine and Garnish: Strain into a copper mug over fresh ice. If you don't have a copper mug, serve in a rocks glass with ice. Top it up with ginger beer for that bubbly, spicy goodness. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a piece of candied ginger.
