INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ounce Mezcalum Mezcal
  • 1 ounce St-Germain Elderflower liqueur
  • ½ ounce Punt e Mes
  • ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon twist for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Prepare Your Cocktail Shaker: Start by adding ice to your cocktail shaker. The ice will chill the ingredients, ensuring that your drink is perfectly cold when served.
  2. Combine the Ingredients: Pour 1 ounce of Mezcalum mezcal, 1 ounce of St-Germain Elderflower liqueur, ½ ounce of Punt e Mes, and ¼ ounce of fresh lemon juice into the shaker.
  3. Shake It Up: Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds, or until the shaker feels cold to the touch. This step is crucial for blending the flavors and chilling the drink.
  4. Strain and Serve: Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. The coupe glass adds an elegant touch, enhancing the overall presentation of the drink.
